CONFERENCE ROOM RENTAL LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Liability Waiver and Release ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned individual ("Renter") and Resurge CoWorking ("Facility"). By signing, Renter acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

Renter acknowledges that use of the conference room involves inherent risks including personal bodily injury, illness, disability, or death, and damage to or loss of personal property. Renter voluntarily assumes all such risks.

2. Release of Liability

Renter releases, waives, and discharges Resurge CoWorking, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims arising from: (a) personal injury, bodily harm, illness, or death; (b) damage to or loss of personal property; (c) injury from the condition of premises or equipment; or (d) any act of another party on the premises.

3. Property Damage

Renter accepts full financial responsibility for any damage to Facility property during the rental period and agrees to pay the full cost of repair or replacement within five (5) business days of notification.

4. Rules & Conduct

Renter agrees to: treat the space and equipment with care; be mindful of others working in the building; not smoke or vape on premises; not engage in illegal activities; leave the space as found; and comply with all posted rules and staff instructions.

5. Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are permitted in the conference room. Renter accepts full responsibility for their dog's behavior and any damage or injury caused.

6. Indemnification

Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Resurge CoWorking from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from Renter's use of the Facility.

7. Acknowledgment

Renter confirms they have read this Agreement in full, understand its contents, are 18 years or older, and are signing freely and voluntarily.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
